Weekend shopping
I spent my Saturday organizing and planning the following week, but had the morning to treat myself to a morning of SHOOOOPPPPIIINNNNG.
Check out this little number i bought from H&M for £75. There sizes are usually crazy, waist too tight or too big, also iv found the arm length to short in the arms....they only do regular ( not good if you have monkey arms like me).
The leg length needs altering but other than that im happy. Good suit for the casual work day, I don't have to worry about ruining it at that price. WHOOP WHOOOP

That thursday studio outfit.
I have been in the studio all day today. Shooting some still life products for a fashion brand.
A long slow process of perfecting garments and creating stylized images that fit the campaign shots was actually quite exhausting.
After work I went to meet my friends miss Kat and Nat, nice little meal and a big catch up
The Thursday outfit was as followed.
Being that it was cold but warmish in the studio i went for alot of layers but that can be removed.
Thanks to Manu Roy for the photos

The gentalmens style...button down collar
This post is all about THE BUTTON DOWN COLLAR. A big yes yes in my eyes. I have around 6 shirts that are button down and the rest.....are normal boring shirts. The button add lots of benefits:
- Extra detail to the design
- smarters
- keeps a tie in place
- makes a shirt collar always stay down and never flicks out if you are wearing a jumper over the top.
I believe the button down collar is right up there with the navy blazer, blue jeans, and penny loafers, the button-down shirt is one of those all-important pieces that remains a cornerstone of American style. Yet, the button-down’s roots can actually be found across the Atlantic on the polo fields of England. It was on land like this that in 1896 John E. Brooks (yes, of that Brooks family) first came up with idea for the button-down collar. Brooks had been invited to attend a polo match during his trip abroad and, as he watched the game, he noticed that the player’s shirts had collars which were fastened down in a style that he had never seen before.
At the time, polo players were required to wear traditional collared shirts, but riding around on giant stallions during games would cause these collars to flap up, creating a visual distraction. To remedy this, players had buttons sewn onto their collars, fastening them down for matches. The buttons gave the collars an exaggerated arch -- also known as a collar roll -- that instantly caught old John E.’s attention. Upon returning stateside, he brought the design to Brooks Brothers headquarter and the company began mass-producing their legendary "polo collar" shirts. At first, the button-down was worn as a traditional dress shirt, but in the 30’s, tennis players and other athletes across America were drawn to the shirts--for much the same reason as the original British polo players. Pretty soon the button-down became the ultimate casual shirt.

new weekend purchases
So i ordered these about 2 weeks ago, being use to ASOS ridiculous next day deleivery even if I order at 10pm. I have finally got my Mango men order.
I have been looking on there website for a while now but always left due to the cost seamed to be alittle more than Zara and I could pretty much get the same thing......enter Mango SALE.
Ive been looking at double breasted jackets for a while but they are either crappy material or the fit is naff so I went for it. here are my purchases. ( images me wearing them to follow in a later blog).
I will need to get the length of the trouser taken up but other than that they are perfect. Thumbs up peeps.

Best dressed gents at the grammys 2016
I finally got round to looking at the super stars at the Grammys today. Lets all be truthful here, some styles was a shipwreck and some are just perfection.
After looking at some of the stars i thought to myself why are they all over trying and why not just go for a classic look.
Here are my favorite stylesmy favorite at the top to my least at the bottom:
Mark Ronson
I love this outfit, simple with a strong smash of blue.
